A nonstop day for the kids. This was our schedule: Bry to school, Walker to school, me to the grocery store, pick up Walker from school, Walker to dance, pick up Bry from school, Bry to drums, both to swim, the whole family to the school for dinner. Home for bed! At least i didn't have to cook ~ I will cook tomorrow though. Fred's favorite, chicken enchilada soup. It's so easy! Just cook chicken breasts in the crock pot and then take them out, shred them, put them back and add rotel tomatoes, beans, green chilies, a can of enchilada sauce and you can also add corn and black olives if you like. I pour a little chicken stock in as well because I'm a soupy kind of gal! And, I might add a package of ranch dip mix. I don't know why I do that part, but it is SOOOOOOO yummy. And, so easy. Kind of like taco soup but with chicken and enchilada sauce. Can't believe I'm rambling about food. I think it's late and I'm hungry!! Need to go to sleep. Luckily, not as many activities/functions tomorrow. I'm excited. Maybe I can get some work done.

Hey- Your kids are swimming-on swim team??
No. I tried at the beginning of the year to get them both on swim team and they both FREAKED out during the sunkist free swim week because they said that the pool was too cold. So, I have them in stroke lessons now so that hopefully we can do summer swim team. They need the stroke lessons anyway. They are both good swimmers but needed a little direction. And, technically, Walker is still too young, but I think in thes summer she'll do good.
Great recipe!!! Hey, both girls are sick, so we won't be able to make the photo shoot in Canton. Can you continue to post on fbook upcoming events, though? That was great! When are you doing Easter pictures?
I will be posting Easter dates in February. I really don't know exactly what I'm doing in regards to Easter. I know I will have some sort of bunny session(s). But, I'm not sure if I plan on using live bunnies or faux bunnies. Also, I plan on doing at least one day at Mynelle Gardens for really pretty Easter pics so I'll decide on those dates/specials and post them when I can.
